Why not relish the heat and opportunity for relaxation in the spacious adults only pool side steam room. Perfect to cleanse the body. The extreme heat is the perfect treatment for an intense workout and tired muscles. It also assists in the release of damaging toxins from the body.

Sauna
In addition to the steamroom, avail of the opportunity to experience the peaceful ambiance of the mixed Swedish style sauna where you can let the heat and steam melt your cares away. The poolside, over 18’s only sauna has recently underwent a super refurbishment. The heat of the sauna will assist in opening blocked pores, and helps rid the body of any impurities. It is a very relaxing experience. In addition to this, it is super for aches and pains, and is great after a workout to help relieve muscle pain.
Visit both the sauna and steam room, or just one. It is a very personal choice and both are very similar. Both however have the benefit of being the perfect base for relaxation.
